Assalamualaikum enjoy your reading and thanks for support us. . .
Smoking is one of the leading causes of death in the world and is the only legal product that kills as up to half of use. Association of Public Health Survey Indonesia 2007 mentions every hour about 46 people died of smoking-related diseases in Indonesia. Smoking causes at least 30 types of diseases in humans. Diseases that arise will depend on the rates contained hazardous substances, the period of smoking and how smoking. The younger a person starts smoking, the greater the risk of the disease when older.
In one cigarette contains about 7000 chemicals, 200 of which are carcinogenic, which are substances that damage the genes in the body that lead to cancer, such as lung cancer, emphysema, and chronic bronchitis. Or other cancers, such as nasopharyngeal cancer, mouth, esophagus, pancreas, kidney, bladder, and uterus. Atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries can lead to heart disease, hypertension, stroke risk, early menopause, osteoporosis, infertility, and impotence.
Toxins produced by the largest cigarette smoke that billowed from the tip of the cigarette is not inhaled. The smoke produced by the burning of tobacco is not perfect. Cigarette smoke contains a number of harmful substances such as benzene, nicotine, nitrosamines, compounds, amines, aromatics, naphthalene, ammonia, cyanide oxidation, carbon monoxide benzapirin, and others. These particles will settle in the airways and are very harmful to the body. Deposition of cigarette smoke are also easily attached to the objects in the room and can last for more than 3 years, remains dangerous.
Passive smoking is more dangerous than active smokers. Even the dangers of secondhand smoke are three times more than the dangers of active smokers. Space Chief Physician, Pulmonary Specialist Hospital Royal Aun said, as much as 25 percent of the harmful substances contained in tobacco enter the body of smokers, while 75 percent of outstanding shares in the open air that enters the body at risk for those around him.
Concentration of harmful substances in the body of smokers is higher because the toxins are inhaled by active smokers smoke is not filtered. While tobacco toxins in the body active smokers filtered through the end of the cigarettes smoked. However, the concentration of toxins active smokers could increase if active smoker inhales cigarette smoke back he blow. "But at the same time because of active smokers to secondhand smoke is in itself active smokers is much greater than nonsmokers," said Dr.Budhi Space.
In addition, various studies have also concluded women smokers 25 percent higher risk than male smokers. Women smokers have double the risk of heart disease and lung cancer when compared with male smokers. The reason is because women have weight and blood vessels are smaller than men.The dangers of smoking in women include: Damaging the skin, disrupt the reproductive system, disrupt the menstrual cycle, including the onset of pain, decreased fertility, increased risk of cancer of the breast, uterus, and lung cancer, disrupt the growth of the fetus in utero, disrupting the smooth flow of milk, miscarriage until the death of the fetus.

By
the term discipline is meant according to rules. rule is a standard or
principle laid down for guiding action, behavior, etc, The term discipline
therefore, means that all our actions should be done in perfect accordance with
certain principle or rules laid down for guiding us in the right path. So discipline
leads to harmony or order whereas indiscipline leads to confusion or disorder.
Discipline
is the key-note of the worldly order. In other words, the universe rests on
discipline. The planets do not collide with one another but move along their
orbits according to rules there are flood tide and ebb-tide in the sea
according to rules; bodies left unsupported fall to the ground according to
rules;- the air blows, the river flows, the flower blooms, the fruits ripen
and- fall all according to rules. If there were no observance of rules, the
world would have been a veritable hell of chaos and confusion. If the mother
did not look after the children, if the children did not obey their parents, if
the people did not obey the laws of the country, the world would have been a
melting pot.
Discipline
should be maintained in every walk of life. At home we are to observe
discipline. We cannot rear up good children, if there is no discipline. A
house, where there is no discipline, is just like a hell. So discipline should
be enforced on children at home. They should be made to feel that discipline is
a blessing and indiscipline is a curse, that the one leads to and prosperity
whereas the other leads to unhappiness and disgrace. The home, infect is the
first place to teach the value of discipline.

STUDENTS AND PART-TIME JOBS
NAME : NUR FAZIRA BT FAIZAL

Students and part time jobs with the increasing costs attached to the pursuit of higher education, working part-time while studying has become necessity for many students -be it foe the sake covering daily expenses, paying for tuition or miscellaneous academic fees, or just for extra allowances, this issue has become more and more apparent in our society today. More than just being apparent, it has also become a dilemma for many students. In this article,we will weigh the pros and cons to students taking up part-time jobs while studying along with a few pointers towards the end article
The good thing about working part-time while studying is the fact that money will not be only thing which you will gain through working. It is also the great opportunities which you can attain with first-hand experiences in the marketplace that can help you prepare yourself for the real working world by learning how to work with and for other people as opposed to confining yourself to the solitary pursuit of studying. Who knows you might even be able to gain some experience in the field(s) in which you wish to venture into upon your graduation. If your are able to find the correct job, it will give you and invaluable head start in your career and you will have the upper hand the moment you graduate due to more experiences that you have to compared to your freshly graduated peers.
If you're an international student seeking to work part-time in Malaysia, you will get to experience the language, culture and lifestyle of the people here - first-handedly working in a foreign country will give you a totally different experience compared to when you work in your home country. If you're interested to work in Malaysia but you're uncertain of the requirements and have questions in your head check out this article working part-time in Malaysia.
One of the down sides to working part-time is that it takes up time. Though it isn't as time consuming as compared to a full-time job, it still does take up time. As a student, time is one of your greatest assets especially when your course get tougher - more time is needed for research and revision. Besides that, the ugly truth about part-time jobs is that you will rarely find a job which can help glamorize your CV and at which you may not find any sympathetic ear when you need to change shifts or miss a few working days to meet your assignments deadlines. realistically speaking, most students will not be able to get jobs at law firms or newspaper companies since positions offered in these companies are some working experiences in related fields. Therefore students would most likely end up occupying unskilled positions like waitressing, dish washing, babysitting, product promoting and so on.
Behind that, some pointer of you. firstly. Plan your time wisely. Plan your time according to your academic calendar. Block out crucial dates (Example: examination dates, assignment due dates, presentation..etc.) and inform your employer about your absence at least one month in advance. Students are discouraged to work during exam time. If your semester is a long one then choose to work only during the first half of the semester, and concentrate on your studies as exam dates draw near. Second, Plan your finances wisely. Never spend more that what you can afford. Also, never spend everything that you earn. Save up to at least 20% of your earning for rainy days. If you're not planning to work during exams, then you should plan your finances in such a way that you will always have enough to spend even when you don't work. Lastly, Apply for scholarship or financial aid. Can't seem to juggle between both work and studies? Try applying for scholarship which offer financial aid to students who have financial difficulties. Good academic result is crucial if you want to obtain and maintain scholarships.

By the term discipline is meant according to rules. rule is a standard or principle laid down for guiding action, behavior, etc, The term discipline therefore, means that all our actions should be done in perfect accordance with certain principle or rules laid down for guiding us in the right path. So discipline leads to harmony or order whereas indiscipline leads to confusion or disorder. Discipline also means training of the mind and character. It is obedience to rules and an orderly behavior.
Discipline
problems can be attributed to human failure in everyday life do not comply with
the rules laid down. This issue has become a buzzword for the failure of
society to educate yourself. This problem is getting worse because of the lack
of love and attention from his parents. Parents prefer their career so
neglectful of their responsibilities for educating children who are hungry for
love. Therefore, many people who seek a way out by committing acts in violation
of regulations intended to draw attention to their parents. Indeed, negligence
parents causing discipline problems become more severe. Meanwhile, the advent
of mass media has been promoting this problem increases drastically. Peer also
cause a disciplinary problem worse. People often regard their peers as a true
friend. Friends who listen and are willing to sacrifice for them than parents
who fail to perform their responsibilities. In short, negative peer will ensure
discipline will drop drastically.
Having
a good attitude and strong self-discipline is a key pillar of success.
Implementation of the rules to the people is one way to produce successful
people. The importance of regulation is to educate people to be disciplined.
Comply with the regulations is not to burden the people, but to educate them to
be sensitive to the environment. In addition, to comply with the rules can
create a successful man. In this case, the country is also proud to be able to
form a first class human capital with the quality that can be a catalyst for
the country in the future. Self-discipline is also a setup man to explore life
in the future. Finally, the regulations implemented to produce people who are
responsible for managing time, appreciate the facilities provided and the
people around them. It can educate them to be responsible in the position of
trust as a successful man.
There
is need and importance of discipline in our society and in our life. In our
home, in schools in the playground and everywhere in this world discipline
brings order. The absence of discipline brings disorder and chaos. There are
some rules that control our activities. If we do not respect these rules, our
life will be like a boat without the boatman. If we do not obey our parents at
home, our teachers at school and the referee or the umpire in the playground,
we can imagine what will happen. So both our parents and the teachers are very
anxious to make us see the need for discipline. They want us to grow up like
disciplined soldiers.
Discipline is the key-note of the worldly order and should be maintained in every walk of life. At home we are to observe discipline. Coming out of their educational institutions, they enter the world of practical life. Here the same discipline with greater rigor dominates all human activities. Those who obey rules and conduct their life accordingly are happy but those who violate are unhappy and suffer.Discipline works everywhere. It controls or physical movements and activities, it controls our morals and even or religion. There is no sphere in heaven and earth where discipline does not dominate.

Students and Part-time Jobs

Assalamualaikum and thank you visit our blog..
Student with a part-time jobs instead of foreign issues in the community today. In terms of ethnicity and gender, Malay male students are the largest equal to 38%, followed by Chinese male students by 18% and India at 10%.Female students are also involved, but the ratio is only about 30%.This shows that students who work part-time have become a trend among students in Malaysia.
Various
opinions have been thrown on the students who work part-time outside the study
period, there was a very positive and there are also opposite. To be sure, this
has become the norm among teenagers in the city, especially for teenagers who
come from families with low or moderate income. Working part-time while still
demanding sometimes it becomes necessary to sustain life, especially in cities.
Smart
students should know how to juggle. Therefore, they can via the days ahead as
planned. Students who work part-time should make sure they have enough time to
do their homework while attending classes or lectures. Here lies the privileges
of students who work part-time, they have to be a genius to plan time so as not
to drop the subject as well as to earn a living. Ability to plan and manage
time is an important aspect in the life of a lifetime. If you've started
practicing time management at an early age, students will be well-human that
can have a life filled with a variety of beneficial activities throughout the
ages.
However, if viewed from a negative angle, among others feared missing
students focus on their studies because they may feel tired, especially in jobs
that involve a lot of physical aspects such as walking or standing for hours.
This issue is more easily addressed if students maintain personal health and
physical fitness level. In young age, this aspect is easily maintained with
good nutrition and regular exercise regime. There is also a state that the
working environment will pollute young minds with the power of money and
marginalized academic achievement. This will not happen if the teenager will
have identified the course of his life.
This
concern is also the issue of part-time work among students is their tendency to
get stuck in the mire of social ills. Teenagers who lack religious education,
may choose part-time jobs that are not suitable as working at a nightclub, an
agent of the seller or fancy working at the agency in question. For those who
are easily influenced, they are exposed to smoke, take drugs, or cultural
hedonism. If they made a mistake, it will
darken the future of the youth themselves.
Therefore, it can be concluded that students who work part-time more
benefit than harm. Individuals themselves should play an important role in good
time a new division followed the advice of parents and teachers. Students who
work part-a phenomenon that appears positive and one of the most effective ways
to create a successful human capital. Negative attitudes should be removed,
positive attitude should be used.

Assalamualaikum and please enjoy your reading : )
Dengue fever also known as breakbone fever, is a mosquito-borne infection that causes a severe flu-like illness. There are four different viruses that can cause dengue fever, all of which spread by a certain type of mosquito. Dengue can vary from mild to severe; the more severe forms include dengue shock syndrome and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Patients who develop the more serious forms of dengue fever usually need to be hospitalized. There are currently no vaccines for Dengue fever. The best way to prevent the disease is to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes altogether. Although there is no certain treatment for Dengue, it can be treated as long as it is caught before developing into dengue shock syndrome or dengue hemorrhagic fever.
The total number of fatalities from dengue fever recorded in Malaysia in 2010 stood at 134 cases, an increase of 54% from 2009. The number of reported dengue cases rose by 12% to 45,901 in 2010. As of June 16, 11,063 dengue cases have been reported since January. This marks a 17% (1,610 cases) increase compared to the same period last year. Selangor came out with the highest number of reported cases between January to May 12, with a total of 4,161; of which 10 cases resulted in death.
. A total of 80 deaths were recorded from january to December 2011, a 29 % increase from the 62 deaths in the same period last year 23,626 infections from-bome dengue were reported from 24,817 last year .In 2011, 36 people died in Malaysia, with 19,884 people infected.Kuala Lumpur. Selangor recorded the highest number of cases. A total of 393 cases of dengue fever, with one death, were reported between march and november, a drop of 37 cases from 430 cases the previous week.
Malaysia is also seeing an increase in 2012. The World Health Organisation's (WHO) update on June 13 showing a caseload of 10,401 cases, compared to 10,352 for the same period last year. 7,141 cases until the first week of October and at the end of December 2012.Penang recorded a 120 % increase in dengue cases between the first ninth and tenth weeks of this year. A total of 1,173 of the 65,427 premises examined by the MOH. Penang which is the fifth highest in the country.
In 2013, Malaysia had recorded 21,453 dengue cases for the year through Sept. 21, a 34.5% increase from 15,950 cases recorded in the same period a year earlier. On a weekly basis, 103 new dengue cases were reported. Meanwhile, the 45 deaths compare with last year’s 27 in the comparable time period. Selangor state, which borders the capital city of Kuala Lumpur, has been hit the hardest, with 10,051 cases reported this year, leading to deaths .
Kelantan recorded the highest number of cases at 136 followed by Selangor at 94. The total dengue cases recorded nationwide for the first seven months of this year is 54,976, an increase from 15,400 cases during the same period last year.During the same period this year, 101 deaths due to dengue fever was recorded compared to 31 deaths for the same period last year.
There is no specific treatment for dengue fever. For severe dengue, medical care by physicians and nurses experienced with the effects and progression of the disease can save lives – decreasing mortality rates from more than 20% to less than 1%. Maintenance of the patient's body fluid volume is critical to severe dengue care. At present, the only method to control or prevent the transmission of dengue virus is to combat vector mosquitoes through: Do preventing mosquitoes from accessing egg-laying habitats by environmental management and modification, disposing of solid waste properly and removing artificial man-made habitats, covering, emptying and cleaning of domestic water storage containers on a weekly basis, applying appropriate insecticides to water storage outdoor containers, using of personal household protection such as window screens, long-sleeved clothes, insecticide treated materials, coils and vaporizers, improving community participation and mobilization for sustained vector control, applying insecticides as space spraying during outbreaks as one of the emergency vector control measures and active monitoring and surveillance of vectors should be carried out to determine effectiveness of control interventions.”Kill Aedes No More Dengue”.

THE MEANING OF AIDILFITRI TO ME
NAME: NURUL FARAH ATIQAH BINTI MOD AZMI

ASSALAMUALAIKUM AND HAPPY READING :)
Eid ul-Fitr or Id-ul-Fitr, often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic month of fasting. Eid is an Arabic word meaning “festivity”, while Fitr means “to break the fast”; and so the holiday symbolises the breaking of the fasting period. It is celebrated starting on the first day of the Islamic month of Syawal.
Muslims are to complete their fast on the last day of Ramadan and then recite the Takbir all throughout the period of Eid.Hari Raya Aidilfitri is the Malay term for Eid ul-Fitr. Hari Raya is also known as Lebaran. Muslims in Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore celebrate Eid like other Muslims throughout the world. The term “Hari Raya” literally means “Day of Celebration”. The main greeting used by Muslims in Malaysia and Singapore is “Selamat Hari Raya” which means “Happy Eid”. Another greeting is “maaf zahir dan batin” which translates loosely to “I seek forgiveness (from you) physically and spiritually”, for Hari Raya is a time to ask for forgiveness, reconcile and renew relationships with others.
During Hari Raya AidilFitri, me and my family always celebrate our Hari Raya at my grandma's house in Raub, Pahang. Every morning, we will be having our breakfast together at the dining room. The main food we usually eat during Hari Raya AidilFirti is rendang, ketupat, nasi impit, lemang and some kuih raya. After meal, we will be getting ready to change our new Hari Raya clothes. For the men or the boys, they wll be wearing Baju Melayu, kain samping and songkok. And for the women or the girls, some of them will be wearing baju kurung, baju kebaya, jubah and others.
Furthermore, we will gather around at the hall room to start our salam Hari Raya and taking some family pictures. Literally, the oldest will start the our Salam Raya. Some of us will be crying after the Salam Raya because it is very meaningful to all of us to forgive and apologize to others during Hari Raya. After that, we will be taking our raya pictures together.
Muslims will attend Eid prayer in the morning and consecrate together harmoniously while taking the chance to meet and greet each other. Once the prayer is done, it is also common for Muslims in Malaysia to visit the grave of their loved ones. During this visit, they will clean the grave, perform the recital of the Yasin — a chapter (surah) from the Qur’an and also thetahlil or prayers for the deceased. All these are done in hope that their loved ones are blessed by Allah and they are spared from the punishment in the grave.
The rest of the day is spent visiting relatives or serving visitors. Hari Raya is a very joyous day for children for this is the day where adults tend to be extra-generous. Children will be given token sums of money, also known as duit raya from their parents and elders.
During the night, there are celebrations with sparklers and firecrackers, with emphasis on precautions and restrictions on playing certain firecrackers as enforced by the authorities. Usually the lighting of firecrackers begins a few days before the end of Ramadan, and continues for about a week afterwards.
THANKS FOR READING AND SELAMAT HARI RAYA EVEN THOUGH RAYA DAH HABIS!!
